This series of small wheel horizontal grinders are lightweight yet rugged tools. These tools are ideal for use with plug wheels, 3" and 4" grinding wheels or collet chuck work (carbide burrs, etc.).
 

Features

  • Rugged steel housing. Hardened steel motor parts.
  • 360° adjustable exhaust deflector.
  • Available with 3/8"-24, 1/2"-13 or stub. 5/8"-11 threaded spindle for use in plug wheels.
  • Muffles motor design limits air motor noise without loss of power.
  • 57-H series is governor controlled for maximum torque at a steady low rpm.

 56-H Series
 The 56-H Horizontal Grinder can perform material removal and finishing work quickly and efficiently. It is adaptable for use with 6" or 8" type 1 straight grinding wheels, cone wheels, and wire brushes.

  • Corrosion resistant stainless steel governor keeps the tool at a steady RPM while maintaining maximum power.
  • Heavy-duty double row bearings provide
    maximum spindle support
  • Common motor parts with 56-V Series reduces spare parts inventory.
  • Internal muffler built into the motor housing assures a quiet operating tool without loss of power.
  • Front seal in bearing cap keeps dirt from entering bearings.
